Owner and founder, Blair Linsley, has over a decade of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse. Her clinical focus is centered around innovative aesthetic treatments & anti-aging procedures. Patient comfort and care is her top priority.

Blair has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellin College, Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and she is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Blair is a devoted wife and mother of three, which is the foundation for all of her hard work. Cavina is beautifully named after her three children, Cohen, Avi, and Nash.

Blair loves to try out new restaurants, take naps, and enjoys taking care of her four rescue animals

Her favorite destination is Florida & Wisconsin to visit her family and friends.

Cavina, located in Roswell, Georgia, is the Center of Excellence for Merz where they train Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Nurses how to use Xeomin.
