Blair’s entire foundation is her family. In fact, the name Cavina comes from a compilation of her three children’s names combined: Cohen, Avi, and Nash.

Throughout her remarkable journey, Blair has consistently set the highest standards and attained unparalleled excellence. Beginning with the honor of receiving a Presidential Scholarship from Bellin College, Blair embarked on her nursing journey, culminating in the achievement of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, where she graduated 2nd in her class with Summa Cum Laude honors. Her pursuit of excellence continued as she earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati, graduating at the pinnacle of her class and garnering the prestigious Daisy Award from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
